As a matter of fact, it is the oldest wine producing region in the United States. Today’s wine growers have built upon this history, which has resulted in the production of award winning wines. New Mexico wineries produce over 700,000 gallons of wine each year. Casa Escondida B&B is a New Mexico bed and breakfast that is centrally located to many of the best vineyards in New Mexico. Create your own New Mexico wine festival by touring and tasting at the many wine tasting rooms, located at each winery! There are also guided winery tours available for a fee. Each winery is unique in terms of the appearance, as well as their offerings. Visiting these New Mexico wineries while a guest at Casa Escondida B&B, makes for a memorable, romantic getaway or weekend retreat.
