Definitely not their first rodeo! There is also a multitude of delicious restaurants in the surrounding area. Rancho Chimayo was excellent, perhaps the best mexican food we’ve ever had. We booked the Vista room with the elopement package for 4 nights and were completely blown away by the experience! We arrived late in the evening but a packet of all needed information was waiting for us. Our room lights were on and AC was running, so room was nice and cool. Very welcoming! And our bed was like sleeping on a cloud, with the softest sheets and comforter. The pillows were so soft and fluffy as well. We woke up every morning to a variety of delicious home made breakfasts and coffee. All in all, we’ll be coming back to Casa Escondida for our anniversary. Marriage License Requirements In New Mexico, elopements have specific rules. Both parties must be present to apply for the marriage license at any New Mexico County Courthouse.
