After spending a relaxing night in your comfortable guest room, you’re invited to join us in our sunny breakfast room for a freshly-prepared morning meal. You’ll be greeted with a bountiful breakfast that includes hot coffee & teas and a fresh hot entrée, many of which are delicious Southwest-inspired dishes. It’s the perfect way to prepare for a full day of Chimayo and Santa Fe adventures.
With advance notice, our delicious breakfast can be tailored to any special dietary needs. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. We’re committed to providing a meal that each of our guests can thoroughly enjoy.
Sample Breakfast Menu
Even the pickiest of eaters will find something to delight their palate from our menu of tasty breakfast offerings, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Each morning, you’ll find morning staples such as:
- Freshly Brewed Coffee & Hot Teas
- Orange Juice
- Oatmeal
- Green Chile or Southwestern Potatoes
- Fresh Fruit Cup
- House-baked or local pastries
- Breakfast Meat: Either Green Chile Cheddar Breakfast Sausage, Bourbon Apple Chicken Sausage, Applegate Turkey Sausage, or Hot Honey Bacon
