About the Purple Adobe Lavender Farm
Established in 2004, the Purple Adobe Lavender Farm produces organic lavender using only efficient and expert growing solutions.
The farm is located in the scenic Chama River Valley, which, which is approximately 40 minutes from Casa Escondida. The rich soil, sandy terrain, and abundance of sunlight also make for excellent growing conditions while providing plenty of nutrients for over 2,500 lavender plants. Each summer, more than 15 varieties of lavender are ready to be picked by the public. Be sure to come by for an unforgettable pick-your-own farm experience!
Things to Do at the Purple Adobe Lavender Farm
Tours
You will have the opportunity to take one of their guided hourly tours (10 AM – 3 PM) for only $5 per person. During your tour, you will take a relaxing stroll through the extensive lavender fields and learn more about the benefits of the herb. The uplifting scent of the lavender is sure to transport you to a state of peace and tranquility.
Purchase Lavender From the Nursery
